Oliver getting back home was glossed over as much as Bruce getting back home in The Dark Knight Rises.

I like Thea. Willa Holland does a good job when they give her something to do. I liked how she thanked Oliver for all he'd done as the Arrow instead of being angry at him. Of course now every cast member except Detective Lance knows Oliver's secret.
 
It was clever how the present scenes were on the island the flashbacks were in the city.

"Thea, remember that time your drug dealer was murdered at a party five years ago? Surprise!"

A shame they couldn't get Moira to be in the episode.
