Seriously, why would they lie like that in the official announcement? Even if I was serious, how is attempting to enforce a legal right threatening harm to a poster? It boggles logic. I could respect "you're a pain in the ass, stay away." more than I can the official reason.

I honestly don't know. While I am a member of the staff, I tend to stray away from most of those types of discussions. I've got a low traffic forum, and I just make sure that it runs as smoothly as possible.

I've never been one for Politics.
