The writers that participated in the annual Media Day tour and mini-game aren't supposed to release pictures or articles until this Monday night at Midnight Pacific Time. Somebody's in deep doo-doo.

The TV show premieres July 12th, and the live feeds begin at midnight that night. The cast will be revealed sometime next week UNLESS THEY GET LEAKED TOO.

Journalist-Players come through the front door. The rumor was that the house has an 80's theme, and some of it does, but a lot of it looks like mod-art 60's, like the kitchen.

Secret strategy meeting in one of the downstairs bedrooms...the guy in the cap won the HoH competition and has to nominate 2 people.

HoH studies the Memory Wall and takes everyone's keys out of their slots

HoH sets up the keys in order for the Nomination Ceremony. The 2 people nominated won't have keys in the drum.

HoH finishes up -- the 2 nominees' keys stay behind in the velvey bag. He brings the drum with the rest of the keys downstairs.

Nomination ceremony. All the keys are pulled until the 2 nominees are revealed.

The Power of Veto competition in the backyard, where the nominees get the chance to take themselves off the block and be replaced -- this one had a barnyard theme apparently.

Each housemate makes their way to the Diary Room to vote for someone to be evicted.

The evicted loser scum goes out the door. Lather, rinse, repeat for 2 1/2 months.

The design work seems kind of half-hearted. No real theme is coming through very strongly. It looks quite pleasant to live in, but it's a bit of a mish mash of styles.

That is US BB's eternal problem: Any clever rooms or bits they come up with are overshadowed by the overall look, which comes across and cheap and scotch-taped together.

They are cheap bastards, and will only become cheaper with time unless they bring in a new army of producers.
