Ms. Marvel - The best currently running Marvel book. Not just because of the whole "teenage Muslim superheroine" thing but because it's a lot of fun and the modern day Spider-Man.
Elektra - This is mainly because of the amazing art, okay.
She-Hulk - But only when Javier Pulido is doing the art.
Ultimate Spider-Man - Still the best Spider-Man!
All New X-Factor - Even though it has Gambit in it.
X-Force - You might think "but it's X-Force" but Simon Spurrier's writing is crazy and fun.
OTHER
Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye - I fucking love this book.
Saga - Seriously everyone should be reading Saga by now, surely.
The Unwritten - Only four issues to go...
Sandman: Overture - If you can accept the fact that there's only been three issues IN A WHOLE YEAR then this is great.
I think I've totally lost track of Morning Glories.
