Of all people here, you should understand why. He's an absurd cartoon. The fact that he apparently is like this in RL makes it even funnier. His very presence pushes people's buttons. He is a divisive, obnoxious character who causes mayhem wherever he goes, and is almost universally hated. Yet he has bizarre delusions of grandeur. This alone makes him highly amusing to me. He has several obvious and highly predictable duals, each with their own little sitcom-esque catch phrases. The fact that someone can be this consistently retarded and still (apparently) function in society is particularly interesting.
