I chose it because it showed the teeth..although covered by a tongue, but still...........................
 
Surprisingly on Google images, there weren't that many overtly sexy pictures. Basically just a lot of the same five or six. I'm sure others can find better ones than me.

undoubtedly, the photographer saw the obstacle her mutant teeth posed to his taking a good picture of her
so he had her tongue act as a kind of interference
