Ethnicity is a much more accurate concept than NATIONALITY. How do you define the Germans which lived in Alsace-Lorraine or South Tirol, as Germans, French, or Austrian?

Do you even know about phenotype divisions within people of Indo-European origins?

They could either be Germanic, Gaulic, Tyrolean. The ethnic group is RELATED to nationality. It means the nation from which one's people ORIGINATED. Now get back to sucking my Anglo-Saxon balls.

Utter hogwash. They were ethnic Germans living in different nations. They certainly weren't peoples of the 'German race' as such a term is inaccurate. Living in a different nation didn't change their ethnic phenotype.

Nationality stems from circumstance and is often maintained by ethnicity and acknowledgement of even smaller, provincial phenotype divisions.

Yet by the logic I have seen, a person of English nationality could have 'Norman' blood in him and still be considered Anglo-Saxon. But of course, he would be of the same 'race' as you. :roll:
