Umm, when? The Borg have remained essentially unchanged since they first appeared in Q Who, other than improvements in make-up and their ships becoming greener. What, exactly, do the Borg do to "add" the biological and technological distinctiveness of other species to their own? They still just fly about in Cubes, not even "pimped up" with alien "wares". All the Borg drones are still just humanoids who walk really slowly. Why haven't they added the ability to RUN REALLY FAST to their Collective yet? Why aren't any of the drones GASEOUS ENTITIES or SENTIENT DINOSAURS or anything? Why does Star Trek always let you down with its lack of imagination when you really think about it?

ALSO the Borg had already assimilated colonies in the Neutral Zone before Q Who so it is WRONG to blame Q for introducing the Borg to the Federation and in fact Q was really trying to WARN Picard of coming dangers and help them out so they should show a little appreciation the bastards.
