For some reason the people that made the doctor who action figures thought these would fly off the shelf.

They did not, and yet Toys R Us policy of never taking things off the shelf until they sell means there is a massive rack of these permanently on sale, but even at 2.99 people wont touch them.

Maybe in another year they'll hit the pound shops.
