BSG SEASON FOUR DELAYED UNTIL APRIL

Way to make them lose money. And by doing that he's shooting himself in the foot since he'd get some of the royalties(I'd guess?) and possibly one day see his movie concept produced. Oh well.

The fourth Razor webisode rocked so hard. I didn't think it could get better than that battle but man.. fucking NUTS. I did NOT expect to see THAT!

Battlestar Galactica - Reasons Revealed For 3rd Season DVD Delay
Release Timed To Tie-In With 4th Season Broadcast Debut

Posted by David Lambert 10/26/2007

Last week we passed along info from our friends at The Digital Bits website, that Battlestar Galactica - Season 3 DVDs were being held up for release until April 2008. There's been lots of speculation about why this is, both at The Bits and elsewhere. Theories mostly have to do with completing the extras, or possibly combining webisodes into one long "feature" among the extras, or making a high-def disc version to release at the same time, or the studio wanting the Razor DVD to have a chance to sell on it's own for a while.

"None of the above" appears to be the answer today. Yesterday our friends at TheDigitalBits.com posted about a story in the L.A. Times, stating that the show's 4th (and final) season will begin airing in April 2008. Our good friend, Bits-runner Bill Hunt, speculated at his site that the reason for the DVD delay on the third season would be to tie in with the broadcast debut of the show's fourth season premiere.

Our sources confirm the cause for the delay; it's no surprise since the studios prefer to tie their DVD releases to the new season premieres. Just as soon as we get a specific street date for the 3rd Season set, we'll be certain to let you know. Stay tuned!

HURRY UP AND WATCH THEM CASSIE

lol.. I've already seen season 3! BUT I think these people who make these decisions are high or something... all the freakish fans want to watch the DVDs BEFORE the next season starts, so they can remember everything.

That's odd. The 3rd season's been out for a while over here(though Tomtrak says it's a bit crap features-wise) and Razor is on pre-order at Amazon. Only £10 too.

You guys always get ripped off on the features.

So Razor is on Sky One on December 5th according to Amazon, and the DVD isn't out until December 26th. Pretty stupid releasing it the day after Christmas when Santa will be resting up.

ALSO, Cassie, I meant hurry up and watch all the Youtube videos, nimmy.q

I shall sky+ it in glorious HD.

I'm downloading Flashback #4 right now, lol.

Oh.. I love the old style centurions. They seem a little easier to kill and not quite so FREAKING SCARY.

I just wish it wasn't so obviously CGI, and not a man in a suit.

Every Clone Trooper in the Star Wars prequels was CGI and NO ONE NOTICED.

They probably noticed when one of them took his helmet off to talk to Yoda and his neck didn't look quite right.

Incidentally, the Cylon was obviously CGI, but so was Adama for most of that sequence, and I found it quite convincing.

Here's an interview with some pics of the new Centurions in Razor

Well, only the customes were CGI. Temura Morrison is a real person.

It's only him in the close ups where you see his face, the rest of the skydive sequence is entirely CGI.

I was talking about Star Wars there. BUT YES, IF THAT IS A CGI FLYING ADAMA, THEN IT'S GOOD.

I have had it with these motherfraking cylons in this motherfraking freefall!

I have no other articles to share at this time.

FUCK YOU THEN!
