Bursitis

Gagh

Χριστόφορος
I have it in my left elbow. It's the size of a golfball and it's fucking agony.

That is all.

I wish you more power to your elbow

I feel your pain (in my right foot, which is swollen). Hope it subsides quickly.

I suspect a link between this and the 100 hours of gameplay he reported on his XBOX

Had it in my hip for about 6 months a few years ago...my sympathies.

BTW, all of the therapy didn't do much, the only way it got better was when I lost weight to get the pressure off of the joint. Now I've got a weight "ceiling" where it will come back if I go over it. Good incentive to keep my weight down. Too bad it's not about 20 lbs lower...(sigh).

Better than having BURST TITS.

I have weird shit happening to my right thumb.. IT CLICKS WHEN I BEND IT :rwmad: I hope your bursitis eases up, GAGH.

You're not the only one who suspects that link. It's not helped by the fact that I use PCs all day either.

Its not the xbox playin matey, its all that wankin that yer doin! Hope you feel better soon!

carpal tunnel may be next

this could seriously cramp his spamming. :(

feel better soon! eat blueberries - if you can get 'em in ole blighty this time of year. Also this sounds vile but my natural healing buds tell me you should drink water with apple cidre vinegar and honey in it. sounds vile, but worth a go...they also say: "include such food groups in your diet that are a rich source of calcium.... and vitamin B12"..... doesn't that sound like beer to you? :D

All of these are good things to take.

I also recommend taking Coenzyme Q10. It works well on relieving joint pains. I took it several years ago when I had a job where I was walking on a hard concrete floor all day & the heel of my foot was hurting. The first time I bought it was at a GNC store at my local mall & it worked fast...the second time I bought an off brand at Walgreen's & it did not work at all. So you MUST buy the name brand Coenzyme Q10 if you want to see any improvement.

I'm sure Gagh has plenty of good advice about bursitis so I will just add: buy low sell high.

Always wear a clean pair of underwear.

Don't whiz on the electric fence.

Life sucks, pain is what it's all about.

Shit or get off the pot.

I've been on Fucloxacillin and Cuprofen. That's been doing the job. It's taken the swelling down, and the pain to a much more manageable level in a matter of days.
