C-List Advice

Have you used Craigs List and can you give me any advice or tips? I should probably specify that I am not using CL for personals either. I am posting items for someone else, so I am not meeting anyone either-I would never meet anyone in my home or thiers. (thats just me)

Anyway my questions are about the postings and what is the best way? I recieved a response back today and it was all spam. Kind of disapointing. They have how to s on the sight, but I like asking here better.
