There was a rumor going around that Carol Burnett was going to be a guest start on the hit show Glee, but now it has been officially confirmed. If that wasn’t enough, TV Guide has revealed the circumstances that will bring her to the show. [Ed's Note: This was actually not a rumor, but reported as fact - thanks Matt Mitovitch].

Apparently, Kurt is planning a spectacular, glittery wedding for his dad and Finn’s mom. Sue obviously doesn’t want to be outdone so she announces she is getting married too.

Who her fiancé is remains a mystery; the only thing we know is that it’s someone Sue considers her equal. So that brings Doris Sylvester (Carol Burnett) into the picture for her daughter’s wedding. Apparently they haven’t had the best mother-daughter relationship ever because Mama and Papa Sylvester left Sue and her sister in Ohio to go hunt down the Nazis.

What I am curious about is who is Sue getting married to? Because that will be epic!

You don't know who Carol Burnett is? O M G. Well she was famous before you were born so that isn't such a big surprise, but if you could watch reruns of her old Carol Burnett show, then you'd love her too, IMO.

The Family skits were funny as hell. This concept was later made into "Mama's Family" tv series which was nowhere near as funny. The Mama character was watered down & devoid of grit & Carol Burnett only appeared a few times as a guest star.

The show ended in 1978, so some are VHS rips, although I know which other ones you're talking about as well.

The ones I am referring to are the columbia house collector's dvd's. The person who ripped them did not deinterlace video, there are annoying scan lines throughout.
