All suggestions for changes must now be made via the Board Suggestion Guideline and Voting Process for Change. First, you have to start a poll and get 20 people to say it's okay to start a poll about the change. Then if more then 50% of the people want the change you can write it up and submit it to a committee formed by the board admins who will review it in secret and modify the language until you can't recognize it. Then a vote will be held to see if we still want to vote. If 60% of the people still want to vote then we vote and the suggestion gets implemented as long as mm wants it, which she won't tell you until after the entire process is complete.
