Cheap drunk

The Aussies do it OK I have heard - it varies country to country.

I'm no wine snob, if you keep a tetra pack of cheap sauvignon in your fridge and drink it from there then fair enough. My guess is it would have to be heavily chilled to be OK.

Tetra pack wine in the UK sucks a big one, they tend to chappetelise it (add sugar at a stage of fermentation) to hit alcohol content using unripe grapes. I have no idea on the US - but would guess it wasn't great.

yeah- methinks that would be the case in Canada too.

*shudders waiting for the inevitable at some dinner party*

OTOH...(looking for a silver lining)....
It could come in handy for camping, though, if ya just want some plonk at the end of the day - at least it'd be portable, if not potable!
OMG! Punny! :D

And you could also use it to get the camp fire started. In case of emergency.

gotta admit, other than Saint Paddy's Day, I don't usually drink beer.
And yer Scotch stash is safe with me too.
I do prefer red wines, and one day when I can really afford to be one, I'd love to be a wine snob. :D
