Does it have any common everyday applications that don't require kilns or complex chemical substances? No. Even then only half of it is really useful IF it contains the right elements.
Coal you can use for hundreds of things in everyday life. Feldspar... it kinda just sits there.
Same way as if you protest against power plants you can't go home and turn on the light switch or you can't protest against chopping down trees with paper work... just mine and CM 0.02c
Ugh... don't even get me started on the bullshit that is protesting the pulp and paper industry. Especially here in the US. That is such an eco-nerd-friendly over-regulated industry, that they really have no leg to stand on.
