Yep, use Nero 6, that one's free. Its on the nero website http://www.nero.com/enu/index.html
You'll also need "anydvd" www.slysoft.com to generate the key while you're burning it.

I think AVI2DVD works.. but I haven't been successful with it yet. Just use Nero.
