Sounds like a DNS issue since there has been zero downtime on the servers. I used to get similar problems ALL THE TIME with TK before I took over and moved servers. Since then I haven't had that problem but some others still have it.

It seems to work absolutely fine for some people and not at all for others which I assume has to have something to do with DNS propagation errors and nothing to do with the server itself. I have looked in to this before but I will redouble my efforts to find out exactly what causes this.
