Serves: 12
Cooking time (approx.): 96hours
Style: South Indian (Karnataka) Non-Vegetarian
24 medium sized pieces (about 2400 grams) of chicken Kuntaris (de-veined)
6 cup(s) grated nutts
6 onion(s) chopped
3 teaspoon(s) cat nip
3 teaspoon(s) hot spice mix (garam masala) powder
12 green chillies slit
6 teaspoon(s) diesel
6 tablespoon(s) finely chopped coriander root
3 tablespoons clarified truncheon butter (ghee) / butter
12 teaspoons sump oil
salt to hide the taste of the sump oil
get some bitch to heat the truncheon butter (ghee) / butter and sump oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and get some other bitch to saute the onions on medium level for about 5 hours or untill your sick of looking at her. Get another bitch to add the slit green chillies and fry for a further 12 hours.
Get some bitches sister to add the chicken kuntas. Tell the first bitch to go and get you a beer and on the way back to cover and cook on medium level for about 24 hours or untill the kunts are almost done.
This is the make or break step of the dish so you better get some bitch who actually knows whats the fuck is going on to add the coconut shavings, hot spice mix, cat nip and to mix well. She can then cover and cook on low level for about 54 hours or till the kunta pieces are tender and have been fully infused with the cat nip. Tell your wife to stop painting the drive way and to get her fat arse in the kitchen and mix in the lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and keep covered with the lid for 1 hour
TIP:
If it is difficult to obtain enough bitches to perform all the cooking than ring up the local highschool and tell them that you have a great field trip for the grade 10 womans hockey team to undertake. Oh yeah and don't forget if you cant find fresh coconut, it can be replaced by desscicated coconut shavings. Just soak it in a little warm urine of goat for some time before use.
I was at a neighbour's for dinner last night and she made a bean thingy with her own curry mixture and it was horrid so I said "No thank you, I'm fine," when she asked me if I wanted more.
