Lobster Fettuccine Alfredo:

Meat from two lobster tails in a dried tomato alfredo sauce over fettuccine. Paired with a 2008 Chenin Blanc from the Columbia Valley. For desert, German chocolate cake.
 
We have heard about that German Chocolate Cake. Dual, do you eat your dessert with a fork or a spoon?

A fork, of course. Unless it's ice creaming, mousse, pudding, or something else of a low consistency.
