It depends on the combination of what we're twisting and why we're shouting. I mean, not many people shout while putting twist ties back on bread bags. Nor do people twist while shouting at their subordinates. Unless of course you're in the military doing formation exercises, then the guy leading the exercise is usually shouting while twisting.
