Seems they are filming part of the Easter special of Who in Dubei, where being gay can get you thrown in prison, and foreign workers are treat practically as slaves.

Some of the papers are getting into a bit of a snit about how Who shouldn't film there at all, and why in particular such a highly prominent gay tv producer would film in a country were none of the people have the rights he takes for granted.

Who cares what the papers say? I know people who've gone to work in Dubai and they haven't been treated as slaves or had any hands cut off. In some ways it's a very progressive country. But it doesn't look like they'll be filming there now anyway.
