It should be available to everyone. If it's not working, log out and log back in. If that doesn't work, clear your browser's cache.

Seph, the Arcade button is on the community dropdown on the top-most navigation bar.

Everything seems to be in order on our end. I don't know why you two can't get into the arcade. I tried getting in on my dual and it worked fine for me. I'm using firefox on W7ultimate. I'll check other browsers and see if there's an issue there.

Just checked Chrome and Opera. They're fine, too. I don't even use or think I have a working edition of IE, so I didn't check that.

Logging out/in and/or clearing browser cache (not the same as deleting cookies) should allow you to play.
