None of these do it justice. You'd have to see the bump-mapping and the movements for yourself.

And Hell? Hell, I'd want to take vacations there if it looked like that. It's mesmerizing.


It's an excellent single player game. Think Resident Evil meets Half-life meets DooM.

It is a good game, yes. Check out F.E.A.R though. That's an excellent shooter.

Do they have a version for someone that has four young children that don't like monsters?

There's really no good FPS that's suitable for young kids to watch, because the good ones are tres realistic. About the closest you'll get would be Battlefield 2, which is probably too complicated for young kids to get into anyway.
