that there are two regenerations in this series, of course they havent said who is regenerating, or whether theses are in fact regenerations we have seen before, but from a different angle.

Might explain why Rory and Amy appear to be on 10s Tardis witnessing a regeration in progress.

Maybe they get to see 9/10 and 10/11?
