In fact, it doesn't matter if the main account has posted or not - in this regard, even duals count as real persons and have to do post with the account in question.

But another thing is: Did we ever clarify if LC's duals are even emigrateable or not?

mm never said they weren't and it's not in the spamstitution, so in my opinion all of LC's duals are fair game.
