I'd say he was successful, wasn't outed until I chose to out him (although there were probably a few who figured it out, no one said so).

10 minutes of study of a Mobile map, the Japanese and French references came from my wife (who speaks both languages and knows both cultures pretty well), and the rest of the long posting strings came when I was on-line and drinking.
 
I do that to loads of people, some without any provocation whatsoever. Take your little buddy RWC, for instance. It means fuck all, but thanks for letting me know it bothered you. It's served its purpose, hasn't it?
