LOL. It was a fanclub called "Friends Of Old Marvel"

I still have all the stuff from it somewhere. You became an honorary member of the MMMS (Merry Marvel Marching Society), and got all these "no-prizes" some of which were actually highly prized.
 
This is circa late 60s early 70's, the height of Marvel's popularity. Fucking Steranko, what an artist.
