I have eaten deep fried Mars Bar and Deep fried frozen pizza (in batter)
Both were surprisingly tasty, but not very moreish.
Both those things sound like something I want to eat.

Fast food versions have gained popularity more recently. McDonald's apple pies were introduced on the menu in 1968, but in 1992 they were phased out in favor of a baked pie (claimed to be healthier) in the United States.[1][2] There are some McDonald's restaurants throughout the US and world which still offer the fried pies,[3] including all McDonald's restaurants in the United Kingdom, Japan, and Russia. Flavors include cherry and apple (US mainland), taro (Hawaii), and green bean (China).
The information was that fried pies still exist in some McDonald's.
So even if I was lying about my age, which I wasn't, I still could have worked at a McDonald's that served fried pies.
IN CONCLUSION: fried pies are yummy.
