You know, I really hate it when people say this. How the hell do you know? You don't live my(or in this case his) life! It could be something more serious than "just a phase." That's just peoples way of dimissing things, and it's really fucking irritating.......

Nothing against you Kerby, that's just one of my pet peeves.

Life.

It's just a Phase, It'll pass.

Did you say 'FUCK HIM ON RAW', because McMahon would probably let you these days in his desperation to get a 5.0 in the ratings.

He was a midget Kazon. I know when to leave well enough alone.

Though he did bitch Jake and his slut of a bajoran girlfriend and nearly beat them to death with his fake leg so that counts for something.

I WISH I WAS DATA>

nah, I'd rather be the doctor from Voyager. Being able to look like anybody and alter your entire body chemistry at will would be awesome.

I'd ALWAYS have the biggest penis in the room. :D

LIFE FORMS YOU LITTLE LIFE FORMS TINY LITTLE LIFE FORMS I WANT TO RAPE YOU DIDDLYDIDDLYDIDDLYDOO

I wish I'd never read that. It sounds a lot like my oldest nephew but he does go to a speech therapist and I assume she would be able to tell if he has AS. The whole sensitive to sound, lights, taste and wanting soft clothing thing tripped me out.

I have all those things. I get very anxious in bright light and my eyes don't adjust, I have comfort levels that are very easy to cross where I get unhappy about it almost straight away.

My childhood was difficult for a number of reasons, I wouldn't wish it on anyone, though I wish I had been diagnosed as a kid so people understood my mind-set better. They knew I had it and pushed to get me tested but I was off the wall at that point, I left school before any of this came to the forefront of testing. If you have any concerns then get him checked out, it will do him a favour and you can explain any abnormal behaviour beforehand to people who can't understand.

Reading about this was a revelation to me. It's actually been a comfort, I feel like I know where the hell some of my issues were coming from. I still have them though now in my early twenties I have learnt to deal with them a lot better. A child has no chance of getting a grip on it. And frankly I could of done with the support.

If you have any concerns take him to the doctors to get tested.

We have dimmers on all of our lights and my nephew is constantly dimming them also, he had me walking all around the house because he could hear a buzzing noise that I couldn't, it was a lightbulb going bad but I had to make the house as quiet as a church to figure it out. My nephew is sensitive to food, he's been known to throw up if something tastes odd to him and he won't eat candy out of the candy jar because we put bubble gum in there and he thinks all the other candy smells like bubble gum which he hates. Finally, everything he wears has to be super soft. He hates wearing jeans unless they're light weight and washed about 10 times, we have to buy him expensive sheets for his bed and God don't ever ask him to wear cordaroy, he'd rather take a bullett to the head.

Okay, the whole "sensitive to light" thing is quite alien to me, but the rest still fits especially FOOD PROBLEMS. I can't eat anything.
