I haven't lied...I've told you what I know and what I've been told.

There is no doubt that CM's ban is legit. She broke the rule...even in her diatribe she admitted it was stories she was told on the phone. Private details, privately obtained. It's cut and dried.

I was not thrilled having to ban GE, he and I even discussed it in chat before he was banned. We had a civil discussion...I was pretty certain he would be unbanned when Elwood got back.

I can only tell you what I know and what I've been told. I don't sit here and spin lies to protect anyone's ass.

No Mark, I sort of lumped her in with Listkeeper, but what she did was unwittingly repeat lies he had told, which is not the same thing.

Sorry, Tamar -- once I read the rest of the thread, I could see what happened that put you in the middle of things.

You've put him into a position where he would look as though he'd be grasping at straws by pointing out individual examples regardless of their validity.

Pick any of the posts you've made about Goldeneye's banning from chat. Or, to go further afield, any of the posts you made regarding the TKO thread title. You've made a variety of claims, they can't all be true. But I won't play your game of searching through the thread, only for you to say, "no, that's not a lie." It gets us nowhere. You will note, however, that I admitted that I was wrong regarding Tamar. Read into that what you will.
 
I haven't lied once. Perhaps you have a problem with reading comprehension. In any case, it's on you as the moron making the accusation of lying to prove your point...which you can't.
 
Listy gets really upset when he can't find someone to kidnap/hold hostage role play with him. :gagh:

To recap: GE was banned just for the hell of it, which became GE was banned because he was harassing people in chat (I was there, as the transcript shows...not really) to GE being banned because he was going to release personal info (must be hell to be psychic) back to "GE was banned because me and Elwood felt like it."

Have I missed an excuse?

I have a dollar that tomorrow Listy will say GE was banned in order to save the Iraqi people or that GE was developing a nuclear program. I don't THINK he'll try the "GE had WMD's" excuse...though you never know.

Ah, I see... You're stupidity is the problem.

Banned from the board and Banned from chat are two entirely separate issues.
For example, Polarslam is permabanned from the board.

In chat, he's merely a kicktoy for there for amusement, because Chat and the board are run on entirely separate policy sets. Cheekymonkey and Goldeneye are the only two ever to have been permabanned from chat...mainly because it's the first time both El and I have agreed on the issue and bans over 5 minutes are done on a "Two man rule" basis.
As for WHY on the chat ban, I've listed my reason, and Goldeneye has very thoughtfully provided Elwood's reason in his transcript of their chat.
