My mom recently suggested I go on a diet.

I was like "Yeah right. Not before Thanksgivingmas New Year"
 
I'm already lactose-intolerant, so I cut back on dairy, or take those pills when I eat it.

I wonder if gluten is a problem with me...

I cut out wheat, potatoes, white rice, and mostly processed foods a couple years ago.

I have yet to give up sugar.

I gave up dairy until I figured out what it was-I can have dairy-but I stick to local dairies which don't put all that extra crap I don't need anyway.

Hope you are feeling better as a result?!
 
The Chinese call westerners "cheesy people". They think we smell of old milk because we eat so much dairy.
 
I guess that's why we call them LITTLE-DICKEE CHINKEE CHING-CHONG CHINKS.

I think I may have to give up sugar. But I have a HagenDaz Vanilla Bean ice cream in my freezer I have to get rid of first.

Day 1: Failed
Made it all the way to school w/out stopping for my usual coffee drink
and then on my walk to class I convinced myself it was okay to have a regular coffee drink but with sugar free syrup
wtf

I won't even go on from there.
