I took my son and LG to see this on Saturday. What a GREAT movie! We saw it in 2-D, since my son doesn't really care for the glasses, plus it's $15 to see 3-D, vs. $4 at the el cheapo theater.
Believe it or not, Gerard Butler is fantastic in this movie! He's almost doing a parody of his role in "300", but he's really funny. The movie is very heartwarming, especially if you have a son. There were definitely some tears in my eyes towards the end.
It's also very action-packed, the flying and fighting scenes are as good as any major action movie.
I can't recommend this enough, even if you don't have kids, GO SEE THIS MOVIE!
