As I pointed out in my gas thread, we're about to start hitting them changes, because this economy was completely pinned on cheap gas prices, which are now broken.
When I made 1.60 an hour (minimum wage in the 60's and 70's) gasoline was 29-35 cents a gallon.
Now gas is 4.00 a gallon, along with everything associated with the old price (33 percent price spike of all related products, inflation is currently at 22 percent this year but that info is completely suppressed.)
Don't lecture anyone about Clinton, inless you want to point out he was the best CFO this "business" of America ever had. Greatest peacetime economic expansion in the history of America.
