Nah, I know so. It's official, the house is sold, the closing is the 1st week of January, and soon I shall be driving cross-country to the Land o' Laker_Girl. Can't wait, I am soooo sick of these mid-atlantic winters.

Anyone ever driven cross-country? I'm stopping in AZ and Las Vegas to play golf on the way, other than that, I ain't got a plan.

I've driven across the US several times. It can be fun if you aren't in a hurry, otherwise the road just never ends. Stop at the quirky roadside places, some of them suck but now and then you will find a goldmine of weirdness.
