Man, no one tells you that you can't have two drives fail at once with RAID 5. Everybody's all like, "Dude, it's redundant and speedy!!! You can't fail!!! IT'LL WIPE YOUR ASS FOR YOU IT'S SO COOL!!!" and when two drives fail they're all like, "UM. YEAH. SORRY 'BOUT THAT, YER FUCKED."
RAID FIVE IS FINE IF YOU HAVE DRIVES FAIL ONE AT A TIME, BUT YOU NEED AT LEAST THREE DRIVES TO MAKE IT WORK. YOU'RE MISSING THE "HOT SPARE". YOU'RE AT THE BARE MINIMUM SO YOU NEED ANOTHER DRIVE MATEY! YARRR....
