It must have been really unsexy because I don't even remember it at all.
Cassie, I mean the hot girl she wants to seduce Falcone but Fish said "I'm not your mom!" and slapped her after she said it and it was really campy and confusing.
I don't know how they could cast every single woman character so badly. Aside from maybe Montoya I hate seeing any of them onscreen. When that Barbara chick left I was shouting at the tv, for the love of GOD Jim don't bring her back! Hopefully the stupid bimbo will get eaten by zombies like Abraham's wife did in Walking dead. Do they have zombies in Gotham?
The episode always seems to grind to a halt whenever there is any scene with Fish Mooney, plus that voice she puts on for the role always reminds me of that simpsons episode where they find out Grandpa married a black jazz singer.
I think they're going for noir more than camp. Gordon's all hardboiled and the banter between he and Bullock might as well be Joe Friday and his art net on dragnet. As villains go both Falcone and the other guy mob boss are solid Capo types and frigging Penguin is inspired casting on a level with Heath Ledger's Joker in my opinion. Game changing version of Penguin. But unless they get a better female lead or start focusing more on Montoya and the female police captain or whoever that was, they have a glaring weakness. Catgirl is a bore, Barbara is a chore, and Jada Smith is a whore. Plus, with that stabby scene on Penguin's hand: has anyone ever explained Hepatitis C to this stupid broad? Surely she's spent time at a clinic...
The last two episodes caught my attention enough to hang on for season two. It was slow going at first but I still can't stand Fish. She's over-acting and annoying for some reason and I just can't pin it down exactly. I just know she annoys me. I want to slap her.
I too like how Gordon is developing now. My husband isn't as interested in the show and he's the comic book geek.
