Guardians Of The Galaxy

The commercials are on tv all the time and I hope I get to see it someday.
 
I watched it last night. I think it has all the right tools to make a terrific franchise that could arguably be this generation's Star Wars. Of course, it's a bit more Raiders than Star Wars with bags of humour, but it all works. There is not a weak character in the main group - it was a bit reliant on the MacGuffin, but the. How many films have done that before this one? I must have laughed out loud 15-20 times. Oh, and Rocket Raccoon and Groot were easily the best things. So there!
 
Seen it twice, and hoping to see it at least once more, before I am finally content to sit back and wait for the bluray.

Did you stay till the very end Gagh?
 
Loved it to bits. Very simple story, great characters, lots of heart and humour. New favourite Marvel movie (sorry, Avengers!).
 
I saw this today! It was good! The start was a bit clunky maybe (like when Gamora just said "I'm not evil anymore" when we'd only thought she was evil for about five seconds anyway) but once the team got together and the jokes started it was great. Yeah Rocket was great but I think Groot just about stole the movie. Ronan was a bit too much of a typical Marvel villain but the focus was on the team so it was okay and he was better than the guy in Thor The Dark World anyway. I liked Nebula and her relationship with Gamora so I'm glad she didn't die. Thanos had flying arm-rests. That's cool.
 
It's great that he recorded his lines in all the languages, even if it was obviously fairly simple since there weren't many of them.
 
I just saw this this afternoon. It was just fabulous...in many ways what Marvel Films should become. They did a great job on merging the story with the film. THANOS. Plus there was Stan arguing with some blonde in the first five minutes. Popcorn fun.

Favrit Character? Groot of course.
