What the fuck was going on with Lindsey's character arc.

I think they felt they needed to bring him back for the final season, and I guess he got over his evil hand issues, but Lorne still had to kill him for closure or something like that.

His ending in season two was pretty great, then they never really explained why he'd went bad again (other than saying "it's about power" a few times), then they couldn't decide if he was against Wolfram and Hart or if he was trying to join the Black Thorn thing (I suppose both were paths to "power")...it wans't that bad when you type it out.

I agree with Wackster. The writers didn't know what to do with him after Season 2, and he didn't have to die at the end of Season 5 either.
