these are my guesses why Vap was banned from Spin:

1. he threatened legal action against the board
2. he threatened legal action against the board owners
3. he threatened legal action against the server
4. he threatened legal action against one or more members
5. he fell in love with one of the female posters and when she rejected his creepy advances he threatened legal action against her
6. he started registering socks and the socks threatened legal action

I'm not sure he is at the same stop. Maybe he is across the tracks and you know he can see you but he doesn't understand your waving at him and yelling at him not to jump off the platform. I can see him too and I'd scratch my head in wonder but that is so cliché.
