Heroes

Maybe Arthur/the Eclipse does something to suppress the adrenal glands. I dunno. I think they're a bit muddled about what it is that gives powers. Adrenaline, blood, genes, but it's also in the brain because Sylar analyses them... pfft.

What I don't get is if powers are somehow genetic, then how can they be taken away?

Because the science on the show is a load of shite? Daphne discovers that she can run so fast that she can travel back in time...fine, it's stupid but let's accept it...so how did she manage to travel back FORWARD in time?

Go the opposite direction? Something about the Earth's spin? I haven't seen it yet, I plead ignorance.

^Sounds like Superman made an invisible cameo appearance.

There was absolutely no explanation.

All the sudden they cut to Superman holding Lois Lane in the desert, screaming, and then, that Daphne chick time travels. SWEET

Heroes ended well this season, unlike the strike fucked up last one
i especially liked worf playing obama

IS he Obama? Or is he going to be a regular character as the president next volume?

They could have done with not putting his name in the titles, all the way through I kept thinking, wheres worf, when does worf arrive, and then when the epilogue came on I thought, well he has to be here now, never guessed he would be the president though, seems somewhat cliche.

Overall I give episode 13 a meh, appart from when the two bad guys temporarily teamed up with Peter.

Wasnt that convienient that it gave him his powers back instantly, without all the awkward shaking/fainting/turning into the fly, that other people encountered.

He wouldn't have turned into the fly anyway, because it's a different formula to the one Mohinder used (although none of the characters seemed to pick up on that).

I knew Dorn was in it from Trekmovie, so I wasn't waiting the whole way through wondering where he was. It's annoying that they show the guest stars in the titles, but they've always done it. I don't know why the end credits aren't enough.

Not a bad episode over all. It's silly to think Nathan wouldn't save Peter, especially since he did just that a couple of weeks ago in the jungle. Okay, so Peter's a "hero" now and Nathan's a "villain" (as they love reminding us), but he'd never leave Peter to burn to death like he said he would.

I wonder how Mohinder escaped the fireball anyway? And does he now have a power or did the formula only remove the one he had?

Now we know that Ando was helping Hiro back at the beginning of the season when Hiro went forward in time. But I wonder what Ando's power does to Hiro's? Maybe it gives Hiro the ability back, since he still doesn't have it at the end of this episode and the formula's all gone?

If Ando was "helping" Hiro how come Hiro was saying "you have betrayed me!" and drawing a sword on him?

I dunno, unless Ando figures out how to use his power to remove the person's power or kill them instead.

Ando has powers???

Yeah, he injected himself with something Mohinder put together which gave him the power to increase other people's powers. So it's pretty useless for him unless someone else is around, but it does match his sidekick personality.

So if Ando soups up the Hatian, will the hatian be able to block out the powers of everyone for miles around, but then if he does that, wont he also be blocking Ando?

What if he powers up the Haitian so much that the Haitian blocks his OWN powers which would mean he's no longer blocking his own power which would mean his power is blocking his power which would mean he's no longer blocking his own power which would mean his power is block his power which would mean...

Or maybe he could power up Peter's ability to take other peoples powers, then Peter would also have that power, so together they could boost someone elses power up exponentially.

Sounds like Sage from the X-Men. (I think that's right. The one who jumpstarted Rogue's powers so she could use every power she ever absorbed whenever she wanted WHY THE FUCK COULDN'T THEY USE THAT PLOTLINE THE FILMS YOU FUCKERS

Peter doesn't have the power to take powers anymore, unless that is what he injected himself with and he took Nathan's flying power.

Peter's natural ability IS abosrbing powers so I assume that's what the got back. I don't think he's suppose to just have flying now and nothing else.
