Who needs school when you're immortal? Although, she's not truly immortal. It looks like she can drown. And she obviously ages at a normal rate. So I assume she's just impervious to harm or death from an unnatural source.
It wasn't that she'd drown and die, it was that she'd drown and float up.
Anyway, my problem is that there's so little pay off, it's driving me NUTS! I mean there are tiny bits of payoff but I don't like being on the edge of my seat for however long this damn show is on. RESOLVE SOMETHING ALREADY!
He's a supposed comic book nerd who is SUPRISED BY A GIRL IN A COMIC SHOP!??!! but yet of course is physically perfect and awkwardly flirts with Claire for no reason than his character is to be "annyoing Claire love interest".
OK, I loved this episode SCREW YOU IF YOU DON'T AGREE
The stuff with Claire in the comic book shop was hilarious, even if it was unrealistic. I hope they stick to the humor angle on that, cause otherwise Claire is a bore. I wonder if she went home and showered after all those geeks stared her down. Thought it was cool that she helped Doyle, now I'm positive Rebel is Micah.
Loved the end of Sylar's road trip. I bet his dad goes after Claire now. She'll get her head cut open again! Guess it won't kill her, according to what the old man said to Sylar. Then Sylar will have a rival. OH and I loved his dad's whistling thing, CREEPY.
It's about time Nathan messed up and got caught flying. Should have happened a long time ago. He's not very bright. Now, I hope he goes over to the rebel side, but he'll have to get over thinking that all people with "abilities" should be locked up. Never understood why they were afraid of someone who could breath underwater til last night. Can't have them out there breeding new heroes!
I'm going to need one of you to shoot up a flare if the show gets to worth-watching again. However my skepticism level is higher than BDMs, I dialed out during the season where Sylar kidnapped (or tricked, or something) the hilariously-naive-for-homeless-mexicans hot chick and her brother.
The only thing I didn't like about the episode was BDM pointing out why this and that is so unrealistic. I finally had to shut him down and say, "Can't you just enjoy something, even if it doesn't link up...yet? For God's sake, the entire premise of the show is unrealistic."
Other than that, good ep. but again I need some payoff soon.
