And a tea cozy. Boiling water. And preheat the teapot would ya?

Milk after, or it will scald..

(Sounds silly, but no-more so than "Give me a grande ventti 1/2 caf soy sugar-free mocha vanilla caramel kona caffe' latte please." WTF!? Coffee please - and the real stuff, not that American black water!)

And tea is high in anti-oxidants! (Although I mainly drink black tea - Irish Breakfast or Assam - which isn't as high...)

Green tea ice cream is good too. So is boba ("bubble") tea...

Did I say "scald"? I meant something else...

But yes, goo steep...5-7 minutes for black tea, in a pre-heated teapot, with water still boiling when it touches the leaves.

O.K... I am probably the only person here that drinks tea on a regular basis.(stopped drinking coffee because it dehydrates the body). What I'd like to know, is who told all of you?
