Actually, jack can now force the admins to give up your IP. He might contact your ISP. From there, he might decide to call your mommy and tell her you've been getting in twouble over the internet for posting libelous material.

This really also counts as libel. Threats are illegal, whether over the internet or not. When he accused you of committing an illegal activity when you didn't, he committed more libel.

Of course, you know that haranguing and harassing someone on the internet from behind a pseudo-moniker, even with legal action, make you liable as well?

Attorney battles are for really stupid people. I spent the last 14 years before I retired in Superior court (as a palintiff or defendant), every single year on a mind-boggling variety of actions. The only people that "win" are the attorneys. Unless an individual has a massively slam-dunk case against a business, he's wasting his time and money since almost all civil suits go nowhere.

Even small claims.
