I would have voted for Monica Bellucci about 5 years ago, but she's a bit rough these days. Eva Green.

This poll is utter shite, due to the fact that anyone who has every watched Amelie knows that Audrey Tautou is the bomb, yo.
 
I went with the pics I found on google and frankly thought Audrey Tautou was disappointing from what I found. I'm sure she was hotter in Amelie, but that was eight years ago.
 
Since Dirk had such a hard time deciding, I told him that this villian would weigh in on his behalf for his second choice, Franka Potente.

Actually, I suggested her (and Sophie Marceau), but then I went and voted for Eva Green instead.

And Amelie is overrated. It's good and it's well made, but quirky European movies are a dime a dozen.
