Well a hookah is a pipe. They're for tobacco, but you can smoke weed in them, of course. Dual has been on a drug binge for the last month or so, so I imagine he is talking about drugs.
 
Anything that has coal smoke going through it's gonna get dirty. What do you smoke?
 
Dual, just empty it out and rinse with rubbing alcohol every day. How many hoses are on yours and what's the shisha bowl size?
