On the plus side, if he'll do that shit, then he must be open to Dr Who when Moffat decides to bring back all the old guys.
 
He has said before he isnt opposed to coming back, but he wouldn't wear the wig again.

I suppose it would be easy enough to write one line of dialogue that said the 8th doc cut his hair.
