That is uncanny especially as I could compare it to the picture of him I CARRY IN MY WALLET AT ALL TIMES

Do you think sometimes serial killers have killed about four people before they even realise and acknowledge to themself that they are a serial killer?

I bet some serial killers deny it to the bitter end. "IN CONTEXT, I WASN'T A SERIAL KILLER AT ALL!"
 
It could be that they're simply mass murderers following a specific pattern!

That's true, but I didn't kill it out of any sick desires.

Maybe he had practical reasons for doing so.
