No kidding. She came to the project I'm managing (a "small" $4M remodel of an A-list celebrity's home) to look at some stone that's installed in the motor court. My company is building a house for her and Gavin up on Mullholland Drive, so she wanted to see the stone in its natural application. I had to give her a little presentation, and I was SWEATING! I do this stuff all day, but I am a HUGE fan of No Doubt, so she's one of the few people that make me star struck.

But, she couldn't be nicer. She's very polite and soft-spoken, and she was wearing these crazy heels that made here close to 6' tall. And of course huge sunglasses.

Some days, my highly stressful job has some perks.
