Ouch. Did you really bite your tongue? Or were you biting your tongue? You had something to say and you didn't? Becuase that doesn't really sound like you.
 
Most likely the latter. Although imagine biting ones tongue because you decided to not bite your tongue. And then imagine biting your tongue again telling the story about how you bit your tongue when you were actively not biting your tongue... and wait,.. I don't know what the hell I'm talking about..

Whenever I bite my toungue I end up doing again about 3 or 4 times, then I forget and eat something salty
